Hogwarts Legacy is officially on the way and from the look of the first teaser trailer, the Harry Potter prequel game will be a dream come true for Potterheads! Taking place at Hogwarts in the 1800s, Hogwarts Legacy gives players the opportunity to explore iconic Wizarding World locations, from Hogwarts Castle itself to the Forbidden Forest and Hogsmeade Village!
We’re still a tad excited following the Hogwarts Legacy announcement last night, so for our latest blog post we decided to discuss and rank the ten things we can’t wait to do when we can finally sit down and play the game!

Explore Every Inch Of Hogwarts Castle
When it comes to Hogwarts Legacy, the most exciting element is undoubtedly the opportunity to explore every inch of Hogwarts Castle and unlock its many secrets!
Create Our Own Wizarding World Character
The opportunity to design your very own Wizarding World character is easily one of the coolest aspects of the new game, and the thought of making my wizard the best Hogwarts has to offer is certainly exciting.
Play Quidditch
I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve always wanted to soar above Hogwarts Castle and make my house Quidditch team proud, and it looks like Hogwarts Legacy will make that dream come true!
Search For Fantastic Beasts
The reveal trailer for Hogwarts Legacy teased a great many activities that will keep the player entertained, but one of the most exciting was undoubtedly the opportunity to interact with a number of magical creatures!
Take A Stroll Into The Forbidden Forest
Hogwarts Legacy will also let players stray away from the castle and enter the Forbidden Forest, and I personally can’t wait to see what terrors await when you leave the safety of Hogwarts behind!
Ride A HIPPOGRIFF
As revealed in the official trailer for Hogwarts Legacy, the game will let players interact with the beautiful Hippogriff and soar way above the grounds of Hogwarts on its feathery back! If that doesn’t sound like the most amazing thing ever, I don’t know what will!
Battle A Troll
Not all magical creatures are friendly, and I’m more than excited to take Harry, Ron and Hermione’s lead by battling a gigantic troll. I’m not saying I’ll win, but I’ll certainly try!
Fight Dark Witches & Wizards
Every story needs its villains, and I can’t wait to put my wizarding skills to the test against what I’m sure will be some truly powerful dark witches and wizards!
Explore Hogsmeade Village
As well as the Forbidden Forest, players will be able to leave the grounds of Hogwarts and explore Hogsmeade village, which is without a doubt one of the games most exciting features!
Attend Hogwarts Classes & Become A Master Witch/Wizard
I don’t want to sound too much like a nerd, but I just can’t wait to see my Hogwarts class schedule and attend Defence Against the Dark Arts and potions class, even if our favourite teachers aren’t their to help along the way!
