Announcement

The Blog That Must Not Be Named has a pretty big announcement to make.

After a great deal of time spent evaluating our short history as a Wizarding World fan blog, we have decided that it is time for The Blog That Must Not Be Named to evolve.

Starting very soon, The Blog That Must Not Be Named will begin to cover topics unrelated to the Wizarding World. We understand that this is an extremely big change, but feel it is something that must be done in order to continue growing as a site.

As the founder of The Blog That Must Not Be Named, I have always been obsessed with a handful of book and movie franchises, from the Marvel and DC films to The Lord Of The Rings and beyond. Starting very soon, The Blog That Must Not be Named (we’re keeping the name!) will begin to cover some of these topics and more.

We would like to let fans of The Blog That Must Not Be Named know that when it comes to our coverage of the Wizarding World, nothing is going to change. We are as passionate about the Wizarding World now as we were when we launched this fan blog in 2019. The Blog That Must Not Be Named is first and foremost a Wizarding World fan blog, and this won’t impact our coverage of the Harry Potter universe in any way.

To ensure that we don’t bite-off more than we can chew, The Blog That Must Not Be Named will begin to slowly add new topics to its coverage. We are an extremely small team of writers so we can’t promise to cover every single piece of news or review every episode of a television series, but we’ll do our very best to keep you in the know.

I hope that you stick with us as we enter this exciting (and terrifying) new stage and continue to enjoy everything that The Blog That Must Not Be Named has to offer.

What we will cover:

  • Wizarding World
  • Amazon’s The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power
  • DC Films

I like that you’re going to cover the Wizarding World on here.
But I don’t like that you’re putting Amazon’s The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power and DC Films on here.
I might just unsubscribe from this if you do that.

    1. We’re sorry to hear that. As we say our coverage of the Wizarding World won’t change, we’re just adding more topics to our overall coverage.

We understand whatever you decide but we have to do what’s best for the growth of our blog.
