Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore, giving us an incredible new look at the upcoming Wizarding World movie, as well as some revealing cast interviews.
Featuring new footage from Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore, as well as interviews with Jude Law (Albus Dumbledore), Eddie Redmayne (Newt Scamander), Jessica Williams (Lally Hicks), and director David Yates, you can watch the “Dumbledore’s First Army” featurette below:
“Professor Albus Dumbledore knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. The screenplay for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore was written by Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling alongside screenwriter Steve Kloves, who worked on the Harry Potter movies. Filmmaker David Yates, who directed the first two Fantastic Beasts movies and four of the Harry Potter films, has returned to direct The Secrets Of Dumbledore.
Many of the characters you know and love from the first two Fantastic Beasts films will return, such as Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander and Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore along with Ezra Miller (Credence/Aurelius Dumbledore), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein), Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski) and Katherine Waterston (Tina Goldstein). Comedian and actor Jessica Williams, who had a brief appearance in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, will return as Ilvermorny professor Eulalie ‘Lally’ Hicks, while Mads Mikkelsen will debut as the villainous Gellert Grindelwald.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will be released in UK cinemas on April 8, 2022.
